I improved my mental healt by adopting pets :) you need to get out of bed to feed them en cuddle them! If you have animals that walk around. (Like a cat,dog,...) they wil drag ypu out of bed for food. Hihi. Dogs also wanne go for a walk. So you need to walk! :)
