Dramatic gothic dress with a diamond neckline. The waist accentuatin satin panel at the centre front has a black lace overlay and is decorated with black velver ribbon criss-cross appliqué. On either side, the panel is trimmed with Venetian lace decorated with small black satin roses on bows. The wide flowing skirt of the dress exists of 3 layers: The bottom of the black mesh top layer is gathered by large satin roses and bows and is adorned with ruffled lace trimming along the hem. At the lower part of the black mesh middle layer is a black tafetta tier adorned with a tier of black ruffled lace. The hem is trimmed with Venetian lace and the tafetta is decorated with black satin bows and rosebuds. Concealed zipper fastening at the back.
