The range of products makes it hard to feel anything is missing

I love the variety of items plus the sales for us who are less fortunate
Any other tips?
I would like to see some models like myself, with an ostomy bag.. and more models with a cane or other medical aid items. I also think there should be more focus on reviews! Most products have no reviews and that can make me double guess my purchase
