Pre-bleached.
What is your favourite hair dye brand and what is so great about it?
I have two - Dye With Attitude and Prestige (Be Extreme line). I am talking about the semi permanent hair dyes. I am not a fan of permanent ones.
Your no.1 advice for dyeing your own hair is:
Do not bleach it by yourself, if you want pastel hair.
