Lot's of choices (which I like, I have a lot of different clothing styles) on the website. Also easy to return if necessary and free shipping is a nice plus.
W= Weakness: what are the weaknesses of AttitudeHolland & AttitudeHairDye
There's some items on the website that are such a quality difference from the rest. Having those China 'sexy' Halloween costumes might make your other items look 'cheaper' too.
O = Opportunities: what are the opportunities for AttitudeHolland & AttitudeHairDye
You do a lot with the AttitudeHairDye for events and such! Maybe it would be nice to have something fairytale themed! Or even a alternative ball (fairy tale themed, or halloween witches, or a 50s dance), it's so popular on social media at the moment! (Would love to brainstorm if needed!). Also maybe a meet up for meeting new friends with the same style? Oh and maybe a client gallery for the items being sold, I am more likely to buy something if I see a 'real' photo of it being worn!
T = Threads: what are the threads for AttitudeHolland & AttitudeHairDye
Companies collaborating with people might be threat because of getting more reach. Or companies that sell the same items for a cheaper price.
