Which brand & colour are you wearing in your picture?
I choose this color mostly because it’s my favorite color! I’ve always have been inspired bij vampires for my whole life. Red makes me think of a “red velvet” inside of a Victorian coffin. Also the color of blood :)
How does this hair colour make you feel?
Absolutely! My red hair makes me feel more confident and I feel like it compliments all the black I wear. It makes me feel like vampire royalty.
How was your hair before you applied the colour (ie pre-bleached, growing out old colour, etc)?
My natural color is brown-blond-ish. I have had it black for like 2 years before I wanted it red. I thought it would be super difficult to get it red but it wasn’t at all! I bleached my black hair two times to get a orange kind of color. I just dyed it with a dark “vampire red” from manic panic and it turned out amazing!
What is your favourite hair dye brand and what is so great about it?
Manic panic. I love the fact that it is vegan and that it is cruelty free. It also smells amazing and the color is just perfect for me.
Your no.1 advice for dyeing your own hair is:
Yes! I use Two kinds of manic panic hair dye. I use a darker color for the roots and a lighter color on the bottom. This way it looks more natural.
